1. Processing

Orders typically ship within 1–3 business days. Digital downloads are delivered by email after payment confirmation.

2. Shipping methods

• US standard: 3–7 business days
• US expedited: 2–3 business days
• International: 7–21 business days; customs fees are buyer responsibility

3. Costs

Calculated at checkout. Free US shipping on orders over $75 when offered.

4. Lost or damaged packages

Report within 7 days of delivery with photos. We will replace or refund at our discretion.

5. Returns

Unused physical items in resalable condition may be returned within 14 days. Buyer pays return shipping unless the item was defective or our error. Contact legal@solacesupplies.com before returning.
